Target Profile: Engineers who actively bridge the gap between AI orchestration, backend infrastructure, and frontend UI.
About the Role
Arck IT Services is actively seeking two (2) exceptional Founding Product Engineers to join a premier, fast-growing US-based Enterprise AI Company. These positions require a rare overlap of AI depth, full-stack engineering capabilities, and highly agile execution.
The ideal candidates are multi-disciplinary builders who can personally architect an AI agent workflow in the backend and build the React user interface for it on the frontend.
The Required Skillset Checklist (All-in-One Profile)
Each candidate must possess all of the following capabilities simultaneously:
- AI & Agent Engineering: Practical experience building with LLMs, transformers, and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) in a real product context.
- Python Backend Architecture: Strong experience writing robust backend frameworks using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Frontend Product Instincts: High proficiency in React and TypeScript with sharp UI instincts to build slick, highly functional user interfaces.
- Early-Stage Execution DNA: A background working in fast-moving environments, proving you can handle ambiguity, move incredibly fast, and take absolute feature ownership.
Who These Roles Are NOT For
We are not looking for single-domain specialists to split the work. Please do not apply if you are:
- A pure Data Scientist/ML Researcher who does not write production-ready full-stack code.
- A pure Frontend or Backend developer who lacks practical experience building complex AI systems.
